We live life 2wice…
This is my 1st post ever. Though I’ve been waiting for ages to get inspiration, I think it knocked on my door at the right time…when I just turned 21. Yes. 21 – an age that reflects how long I have lived in this world, and how Merciful is Allah to allow me to live that long and getting all the chances throughout this time to know Him…to wake up every day and realizing that I’ve been given 24 hours more to gain His love…to be able to learn in His open kitaab – this world itself everyday when I wake up and see the world through the window or simply when I get out of my house (that means Cumberland House though it is just a Uni hostel)…to get myself through all the tests that He fixed for me every second, every minute, everyday...testing my love for Him..

So that is the 1st life I am living today, tomorrow and until the day that Allah has destined me to ‘rest’ before living my second life – a life that is meant to be everlasting…unshifting…yes, forever…

Well, I don’t even know whether I will ‘rest’ well in that waiting room. It might be like a VIP waiting room…hurm, maybe like the VIP lounge in the airport where one is attended with first-class service and then when one get to fly, again, the person gets first-class service from the cabin crew, then lastly when one arrived, one stays in VIP suite…what a package! a royal indeed…because this is what He promised to those who listen to Him, use the gifts He gave in the right way for the right reasons, love Him and love all His creatures in this earth, and by that these people try to be good leaders in the earth, being good to humans and the environment (Who says recycling is a stupid…Who says racism in the name of nationalism is just?)

…but it might be the other way round, my waiting room might be too small for me that I might be in pain, bearing the pressure from the enveloping wall, it might be dark, it might be just like an interrogation room when I got hit and smacked by the interrogators…and my second life might get even worse coz from the interrogation I learn that I was found guilty and I am prisoned forever

…and I was found guilty for forgetting to do the things He asked me… or even worse, I deliberately forget to…or because I love the gifts He gave me that I forget to love Him in return, or because there’s so many gifts that I got from Him that I think I don’t need Him anymore, so much so that I think I am better than His other creatures coz Im showered with better gifts from them, that I should somehow rule them and only befriend those others who are just like me, or somehow, coz there are others who have more gifts than me and may benefit me or able to threaten my status that I make that other people my Patron and not the RIGHT PATRON UP THERE who patronize the people patronizing me…so He is a jealous God indeed, and I forgot about it, I made myself as a God coz I think my destiny and others is under my control or I made others as Gods coz I think my and others’ destiny is under their control…and i follow wut ever day say...

but even to this day, in whatever situation we are in, whether we love Him or not, He still loves us, He, the Merciful keep on giving us the chance to know Him, as I said even from His open book of life (the earth, the sun, the moon, the trees, the sky, the birds….etc) until the fixed date, a time that will forever be unknown to everyone in this earth, TELL ME, who can guarantee that I will still be breathing after I type ‘this’?

SO, this minute I’ve decided what kind of life I want to live in the dunya if He gives me another minute, hours and days to live, and I’ve decide the kind of life that I want to live forever in the hereafter, have you decided yours?

Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; And Who has measured (preordainments for each and everything even to be blessed or wretched); then guided (i.e. showed mankind the right as well as wrong paths, and guided the animals to pasture); And Who brings out the pasturage, And then makes it dark stubble. We shall make you to recite (the Qur'an), so you (O Muhammad shall not forget (it),Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad ( )) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds). Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), But it will be avoided by the wretched, Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, Wherein he will neither die (to be in rest) nor live (a good living). Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, And remembers (glorifies) the Name of his Lord (worships none but Allah), and prays (five compulsory prayers and Nawafil additional prayers). Nay, you prefer the life of this world Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. Verily! This is in the former Scriptures,The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). (Al-A’la: 1-19)
The LORD, your God, shall you fear; him shall you serve, and by his name shall you swear. You shall not follow other gods, such as those of the surrounding nations, lest the wrath of the LORD, your God, flare up against you and he destroy you from the face of the land; for the LORD, your God, who is in your midst, is a jealous God. (Deutronomy 6:13-15)
Allah forgiveth not that partners should be set up with Him; but He forgiveth anything else, to whom He pleaseth; to set up partners with Allah is to devise a sin Most heinous indeed. (Quran:4:48)
Allah forgiveth not (The sin of) joining other gods with Him; but He forgiveth whom He pleaseth other sins than this: one who joins other gods with Allah, Hath strayed far, far away (from the right). (Quraan:4:116)
